The Miami Valley Urban League is proud to host a collaborative homeownership session with the Greater Dayton Realtist Association and Union & Guardian Savings Bank — bringing together a one-stop shop of trusted partners to help you learn about the full pathway to owning a home. Together, we will answer your questions, connect you to resources, and guide you through programs designed to make homeownership more accessible.

A key feature of the session is the Montgomery County Land Bank’s Welcome Home Program, which provides affordable pathways to homeownership in targeted Dayton neighborhoods, including Madden Hills, Fairview, and the Dayton View Triangle. Through this program, eligible residents can purchase select vacant or tax-delinquent properties at reduced acquisition costs and receive structured guidance for renovation or new construction. The program helps families build equity while supporting the revitalization of neighborhoods across the county.
