EMERGE Youth Program

Our youth program removes barriers for youth and places them on a path to self-sufficiency through job achievement, obtaining a credential, apprenticeship, or continuing their education. From College Tours to our Youth Summit, EMERGE is designed to build relationships and trust while providing guidance and counseling until they exit the program.

Business Development & Entrepreneurship

We support entrepreneurs developing their business startup or expansion aspirations in the greater Dayton area. Our goal is to help established entrepreneurs increase their capacity to take advantage of new business opportunities and qualify for financing that will lead to higher levels of business growth.
