Business Development & Entrepreneurship
We support entrepreneurs developing their business startup or expansion aspirations in the greater Dayton area. Our goal is to help established entrepreneurs increase their capacity to take advantage of new business opportunities and qualify for financing that will lead to higher levels of business growth.
EMERGE Youth Program
Our youth program removes barriers for youth and places them on a path to self-sufficiency through job achievement, obtaining a credential, apprenticeship, or continuing their education. From College Tours to our Youth Summit, EMERGE is designed to build relationships and trust while providing guidance and counseling until they exit the program.

Solid Opportunities for Advancement and Retention
Our two-week professional development training is a stepping stone towards success. We support unemployed and underemployed individuals with skill assessment, employment readiness, career exploration, business acumen, barrier removal, and living-wage job placement.
The Resiliency Fund
Apply by May 8, 2026
The final round of the Resiliency Fund is an opportunity for businesses to receive the support needed for business taxes and marketing. Two contracts are currently open for competitive bid.
